PAUSE delay-mS
Description:
Halt execution of the running program for ‘delay’ ms. This can be a
fraction.
For example, 0.2 is equal to 200 ěs. The maximum delay is 2147483647 ms (about
24 days).
Note that interrupts will be recognised and processed during a pause.
